Ladies, it's important to know that we only have each other. It's no secret (to us) the amount of talent, dedication and sacrifice we offer to the betterment of our households and community. However, on the other hand, somehow we still find a way to compare, nit-pick and frankly berate each other; sometimes to point where we lose the very confidence and support we worked so hard for in the first place. We have to get to a place where we naturally uplift the efforts of our sistahs instead of being "crabs in a bucket".

The goal of this category is to provide resources to help melanin women succeed in business and/or targeted careers. We already feeling that we have to work twice as hard as our counterparts for a seat at the table or even consideration. So whether it's learning how to start business, write a solid resume, change career industries or negotiate a better salary, let's propel one another and cut the wait time in half!

While you're working hard to advance your situation, keep this word of wisdom in mind:

"Don't become too busy making a living that you forget to make a life".
